Privacy Policy

Dynarock is an education-management service for institutions. We process account and profile details, academic and attendance records, payments and fee records, messages and feedback, and files or documents submitted through the service. When an institution enables attendance location verification, we process precise location information for that purpose. We also process limited device and security information to support sign-in and account security.

We use this information to provide and secure institutional management, learning, attendance, communication, document, reporting, and support features. We do not sell personal information.

Dynarock uses encrypted connections for its application and API services. We use infrastructure, storage, email, analytics, and AI service providers to operate requested features on our behalf.

You can delete your account in the app from Profile → Security → Delete account. Your access is removed immediately and your account and related data are permanently removed after 30 days. If you cannot sign in, use our account deletion page to request help.
